Changes in life can bring your story to the surface.

Changes in life - whether entering a new relationship, becoming a parent, experiencing loss, or navigating changes in your relationship with food, substances, or your body - can change the way you see yourself, your past, and the world around you. You may notice old wounds resurfacing, patterns resurfacing, or feeling pressure to get everything right.

Therapy can be a place that helps you understand how your past is shaping your present. It can be a place where you learn to make intentional choices about the person you want to be.

ABOUT

ABOUT ME

ABOUT ME
"she/her", LGBTQIA+ IDENTIFIED

I believe that who we are today is deeply connected to what we have experienced before. Our relationships, losses, family dynamics, and the ways we learned to cope can continue to shape how we experience ourselves and the world around us.

I approach therapy with curiosity rather than judgment. Instead of simply asking, “How do we get rid of this?” I’m often interested in understanding why a pattern developed in the first place, what purpose it may have served, and whether it still serves you today.

My style is conversational, engaged, and collaborative. Together, we can make connections between your past and present, become curious about the parts of yourself that emerge along the way, and create more choice in how you want to move forward.

Relationships
&
Life Transitions

New relationships and life transitions can change how we understand ourselves. Whether you're navigating a partnership, becoming a parent, experiencing loss, or entering a new stage of life, these changes can bring old patterns, fears, and parts of your identity to the surface.

Trauma
&
The Past

Experiences from our past can continue to shape how we feel, relate, and respond in the present. Therapy can help you explore childhood and relational wounds, understand patterns that developed along the way, and begin relating to yourself and others differently.

Eating, Body
&
Recovery

Our relationships with food and our bodies can change throughout our lives. I work with individuals experiencing eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns, as well as those seeking continued support as they navigate recovery and their evolving relationship with food and their body.
